Technologistics Division
Eltel Technologistics Ltd. established the Technologistics division in the year 2010, specializing in the technology and logistic fields and providing services, mainly to the security establishment.
The division is counted at approximately 170 employees with a wealth of background and experience in their fields – engineers, applied engineers, technicians, subject matter experts in security systems, logistics and system maintenance people.
The division's main offices are located in Ashdod and projects are executed throughout Israel.
The division is divided into four, separate, specialized business units:
1. Technological Business Unit
2. Fuel Maintenance and Modeling Business Unit
The unit specializes in sales, implementation and maintenance of electronic and electro-mechanical systems for security needs, and the execution of regulations, strategies and maintenance for scanning and other systems:
• Scanning devices – merchandise scanners, luggage scanners, body scanners, CT scanners, vehicle scanning systems and more.
• Other apparatus such as: electronic accelerators, complex chargers, satellite phones, autonomous mobile antennas, closed circuit television
systems, and command and control apparatus.
Among the clientele of the unit: Ministry of Security, IDF, Airport Authority, Israel Police, Prison Services, Customs, the Parliament and Transportation Authority.
Fuel Maintenance and Modeling Business Unit
The activities of this unit are divided into two categories:
1. Fuel and Environmental Quality – building, maintenance and integration of mechanical and piping systems.
• Petrol – a system for the creation of an updated picture concerning the fuel supply, at all times
• Fuel station building
• Renovation and upgrading of established fuel stations
• Execution of work in the environmental quality field
• Manufacture of designated fuel plants
• Current maintenance work
2. Vehicle Modeling – manufacture and installation of a variety of systems
• Building of mission trailers
• Modeling mission vehicles such as command post vehicles, communication vehicles
Among the clientele of the unit: Ministry of Security, IDF, fuel centers, gas companies, and additional companies dealing with the security industry.
The Industrial Business unit deals with provision of field engineering services, engineering design, maintenance of classified security systems, manufacture of devices and models and the assignment of professional subject experts in security groups.
The principle clients of the Industrial Business unit are the Ministry of Security, the IDF, Air Force, and leading companies in the industrial security field such as: Elop, Silver Arrow, Israeli Military Industries (IMI), El-Al, the aeronautical industry, Refael and more.
The unit operates in the following fields:
1. Engineering design – design and manufacture of mechanical devices for development and manufacturing of product lines: mechanical designs of
integrated motion and control, design and assembly of platforms and integration devices, examination devices, elevation devices,
work stations, bonding devices for electro-optical products and more.
2. Modeling systems on various platforms – security and army equipment such as armored vehicles, vehicles and trailers.
3. Specialization in the design and manufacture of electronic examination devices and maintenance of electronic and optical-mechanical
examination devices.
4. Field Engineering - execution of maintenance services, guidance and implementation on the field level of classified systems for the
IDF and security industry.
5. Assignment of subject matter experts in security groups and public institutions.
Logistical Business Unit specializes in the management of complex logistical systems, operation and integration between the various logistical components, training in the driving field and management of a supply chain.
The unit's main clients are the IDF, Ministry of Security and Israel Police.
The unit offers logistical services in the following categories:
1. Management and operation of supplying A.B.C. kits to the civilian population in the State of Israel. The company serves as a professional
advisory to the IDF in the routine management of dispensing the kits. They also maintain an integral roll in dispensing of the kits during times of emergency.
The company is responsible for the range of the logistic operations including a distribution line and supply chain of 50 warehouses located
throughout Israel, totaling an area of approximately 70,000 meters.
2. Combat Driving Instruction – implementation of driving instruction in the IDF and in Israel Police by certified instructors. The instructors are employees
of the company that are certified to test drivers in field driving and operational driving.
3. Defensive Driving Course Instruction - as a supplement to driver's training, the company runs preventive driving courses for IDF units nationwide.
The courses are led by the defensive driving instructors, certified by the Ministry of Transportation.
4. Management of supply chain of spare parts for combat helicopters - management and execution of logistic window services for renovation and
replacement of parts for the resin helicopter. Locates at the Ramon Base as representatives of the Boeing Company.
5. Management of a publishing house belonging to the Ministry of Security in Tzrifin – the activities include management of the warehouse
and its stock of books and book distribution to stores and various customers.
